No — everything is done by you, at home, in your own time. We send you a filling kit with your order: a small sealed funnel, adhesive, and clear step-by-step instructions. The process takes just a couple of minutes and is entirely in your hands.

Yes. Select 'Gift Order' at checkout. We include a handwritten message card and premium gift packaging at no extra cost. Our outer packaging is entirely discreet.

We don't currently offer engraving. Every piece is designed to be personal in what it holds rather than what is written on it. If that changes, we'll announce it here first.

You fill your piece yourself, at home — so every bit of remaining ash stays with you, in your care, at all times. Nothing is ever sent to us.
