We send your filling kit
Within 1–2 business days you'll receive a discreet package: your jewelry piece, a small sealed funnel, and step-by-step instructions. Our outer packaging carries no GoodbyePetz branding.
Fill your piece at home, when you're ready
There's no timeline here. When the moment feels right — whether that's the day it arrives or weeks later — use the funnel to place a small pinch of ashes inside. Somewhere quiet, in your own time.

Apply the enclosed sealant — it sets in about 60 seconds and holds for life. Once it's sealed, it's yours. Something to carry with you, every single day.
How much ash is needed?
Only a small pinch — far less than a teaspoon. The rest of your pet's remains stay with you, for other keepsakes or purposes you choose. You are always in control of what happens.
